By using this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may use Astrophysis for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. The site is not directed to children under 13.
Your identity and signature are generated from your self-reported answers. They are tools for reflection and entertainment, not objective measurements of your health, personality, intelligence, worth, future, or ability. Mascots and identity names are symbolic. Results can feel resonant without being universal truths.
Astrophysis is not medical, psychological, sleep, employment, educational, financial, or other professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Do not use it for urgent, safety-critical, treatment, medication, hiring, or eligibility decisions. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for advice about health or sleep concerns.
We aim to present the experience clearly and keep the site working, but Astrophysis is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law permits, we do not promise that every result will feel accurate, that the site will always be available or error-free, or that using a result will produce a particular outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Use your own judgment when applying anything from the site. You are responsible for maintaining access to the browser or device where a result is stored and for the information you submit. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or infringe another person’s rights.
The Astrophysis name, identity system, writing, artwork, icons, visual design, and site software are owned by or licensed to Astrophysis and are protected by applicable laws. You may save or share your own result for personal use. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, republish, train a commercial model on, or create a competing product from substantial parts of the site without written permission.
Newsletter signup is optional and can be cancelled through the unsubscribe link in any message. Linking an identity to an email for tailored messages is a separate optional choice that can be withdrawn by contacting us. Donation and other outside links lead to independent services. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and transactions are their responsibility, not ours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrophysis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based losses resulting from use of—or inability to use—the site. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid to use Astrophysis during the preceding 12 months, which is currently zero. This limit does not apply where the law does not permit it or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may change, pause, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
